back" to your community. Recycling one ton of paper waste
(including old textbooks) can conserve 17 trees, 7000
gallons of water and 3 cubic yards of space in your local
landfill. Recycling textbooks sets an excellent example of
conservation for your students and community alike.
The year, condition and quality of the books determines
which to recycle. Some textbook buyers visit your school and
choose a few books and the storage room is still full. The
